Hydrocracking Catalyst for The Production Of Aviation Coal and High-quality Tail Oil

RHC-133 is a new generation of hydrocracking catalyst developed by the Institute of Stone Technology. Catalyst Profile

 

RHC-133 is a new generation of hydrocracking catalyst developed by the Institute of Stone Technology. The industrial application results show that the catalyst has moderate activity, high yield of jet fuel and high quality tail oil, which is manifested in low BMCI value of tail oil, high viscosity index and high catpane content, especially suitable for steam cracking raw materials, lubricating oil base oil, etc. 6 authorized patents have been obtained.

 

Technical characteristics & technical indicators

 

Technical Feature:

- Low BMCI value and high aviation kerosene yield

- Moderate activity, strong ability to reduce the dry point, suitable for processing heavy weight points.

 

Technical Indicators:

For processing VGO or CGO mixed oil, the yield of aviation kerosene is above 50%, and the properties of aviation kerosene meet the standard of No.3 jet fuel. Also produce diesel oil, the product quality meets the national V standard; the hydrocracking tail oil BMCI value is low (6-10), the viscosity index reaches above 138, the catene content in tail oil can reach 50%~80%, the yield is 20%~40%, it is a high quality steam cracking material and lubricating oil base oil. IVGO, CGO, etc., can be added, and the heavy wax oil with a drying point over 550°C can be processed. When processing heavy wax oil, at the same conversion rate, the maximum final memory point can be about 40 times lower compared with the same type of catalyst.

RHC-133 catalyst alone, or graded with RHC-131 catalyst, also has the characteristics of low BMCI value and high viscosity index of tail oil, high yield of aviation kerosene and good product quality. RHC-133 catalyst can be used for hydrocracking devices of heavy vacuum wax oil, especiallysuitable for hydrocracking devices that produce high quality aviation kerosene and low BMCI value or high viscosity index tail oil. RHC-133 catalyst also has a strong ability of heavy mass separation conversion, strong dry point reduction ability, can process high dry point heavy raw materials.
