Catalyst Profile

 

RHC-132 and RHC-140 are a new generation of intermediate oil storage type oxygenation cracking catalyst developed by the Institute of Technology. The common characteristics of the two catalysts is the intermediate oil, especially the national V diesel selectivity. RHC-132 has moderate activity and high intermediate oil raising selectivity; RHC-140 has high diesel selectivity and low temperature sensitivity. 5 articles have been authorized.

Technical Feature:

Under the first pass process, RHC-132 catalyst is adopted, the yield of intermediate oil (jet fuel + diesel fuel) can reach 55-60%, the products of jet fuel and diesel fuel have excellent performance, the jet fuel point is greater than 27mm, the diesel hexadecane index is greater than 64, which meets the main index of national V diesel fuel.

The intermediate oil yield of RHC-140 catalyst is higher, the product ink is basically equivalent, and the activity is lower than RHC-132.

RHC-140 catalyst is a new generation of high intermediate oil splitting catalyst of Petrochemical Research Institute, which can produce high quality intermediate oil in various processes (one pass, series, single segment, two segments); due to excellent quality (low BMCI value), tail oil can be used to produce high viscosity index of lubricating oil base oil, steam cracking material or FCC feed. The activity and selectivity of RHC-132 and RHC-140 catalysts are higher than that of the previous generation, and the yield is the current generation of chlorinated cracking catalyst system. For F-T wax hydrogenation, RHC-140 catalyst has low temperature sensitivity, moderate activity and high selectivity of intermediate oil separation. RHC-140 catalyst is especially suitable for the device of V diesel in the largest stable production country. RHC-140 catalyst has high diesel selectivity, excellent product quality, good catalyst stability, good adaptability of raw oil, and low temperature sensitivity of catalytic activity. RHC-140 catalyst also has the characteristics of low oxygen consumption, low reactor ratio, moderate price, long life, and full green production process.

In addition, RHC-140 and RHC-132 catalysts also have the characteristics of strong dry point reduction ability and excellent nitrogen resistance, especially suitable for processing heavy raw materials, the production of high-quality diesel and aviation kerosene oil products.
