Technical characteristics & technical indicators

Can be mixed or separate processing of inferior raw materials, including hydrogenation, demetalization and asphalt after the straight hate coal diesel, straight hate wax oil, catalytic diesel, catalytic heavy greedy oil, coking wax oil, solvent debitaltic oil, coal tar, FT synthetic diesel wax oil, biomass synthetic oil, etc. Typical process conditions are, pressure 4.0MPa~20.0MPa and temperature 260℃~440℃, Volumetric air speed 0.25h-1~2.5h-1. RHC-220 series products are flexibly distributed products,between medium oil type and light oil type, product quality, good production of high quality chemical raw materials and ultra-low sulfur high quality transportation fuel products: light RON 75-85, heavy naphtha 40~60, aviation coal smoke point 20-32, can meet the requirements of 3 # jet fuel, tail oil BMCI value 3.0~12.0, can be used as raw material for high quality steam cracking and FCC propylene.

The RHC-220 catalyst has a 20% decrease in bulk density compared to RHC-3. The product distribution is basically the same, with better product quality and more obvious quality of inferior incoming materials.
