Catalyst Profile
RS-3100 catalyst is a Mo-Ni catalyst developed by the Institute of Petrochemical Science (R IPP) based on the optimal matching technology platform of reaction molecules and activity (ROCKET +). Through the optimization and improvement of the carrier optimization and active metal preparation technology, it can stably produce diesel oil to meet the national six standard in a long cycle. The hydrogenation activity of RS-3100 catalyst is comparable to that of the previous generation catalyst RS-2100, and the stability is greatly improved. The loading density of catalyst is reduced by more than 24%, the industrial packing density is about 0.62g/mL, and the dense phase loading density is 0.72g/mL. The successful development of RS-3100 can not only provide strong technical support for refining enterprises to produce six clean diesel in a long cycle, but also effectively reduce the procurement cost of hydrogenation catalyst for refining enterprises and improve economic benefits. The catalyst has now applied for a Chinese patent.
