Catalysis, introduction
In order to meet the harsh requirements of the catalytic cracking unit for residue hydrogenation products, In view of the characteristics of high sulfur and high metal low-grade residue oil in the Middle East and low-grade residue oil such as high-speed rail and calcium in domestic refineries along the Yangtze River, Developed a high-performance RHT series fixed-bed residue oil hydrogenation catalyst. These include protective catalysts such as RG-30T, RG-200, RG-201 and RG-202, demetallic catalysts such as RDM-200, RDM-201 and RDM-202, demetallic desulfurization transition catalysts such as RDM-203B, RMS-30, RCS-31, RCS-41 and descarbon catalysts such as RCS-203, A complete catalyst grading series has been formed.
Technical points & technical indicators
⑴ Series of protective agents bed high void ratio, good mechanical strength, strong removal and scale ability.
⑵ Series of demetalizing catalysts have good demetalizing activity, strong asphaltene conversion ability and good metal tolerance ability.
⑶ Desmetalmetal desulfurization transition catalyst has unique slow release function and high activity stability.
⑷ Series of desulfurization and residual carbon catalyst good desulfurization activity, strong residual carbon ability, high activity stability.
⑸ Series of RHT catalysts have a low reactor ratio and strong market competitiveness.
⑹ After the series of catalysts, the residual carbon content of hydrogen residue is <5%, sulfur content <0.45%, and (Ni + V) content <15ug/g, which can provide high-quality raw materials for the catalytic cracking device. According to the different properties of the processed raw materials, the operation cycle is generally 16-24 months.
Technological superiority
As of March 2022, RHT series residue hydrogenation catalyst has accumulated 82 industrial applications in 19 sets of industrial devices.
