Reforming Prehydrogenation Series Catalysts RS- 1/RS-40

In view of the strict requirements of reforming feed on sulfur and nitrogen content in naphtha raw materials, the reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst is developed, which can deeply hydrodesulfurization and denitrification of naphtha raw material, and control the sulfur content and nitrogen content of products are less than 0.2ug/g to meet the requirements of reforming feed. The current mainstream catalysts are RS-1 and RS-40 catalysts, and RS-40 catalysts have higher cost performance and higher nitrogen removal activity. Catalyst RS-1 / RS-40 was granted in total of 3 patents.

RS-1 is a Ni-W system with other additives. This agent shows high hydrodesulfurization activity, good activity stability, and high mechanical strength at high air speed in industrial equipment.

RS-40 catalyst is a new generation of high-denitrification i-lingual reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst for naphtha hydrogenation under high air speed conditions. With Co-Ni-Mo as the active group and the auxiliary agent, the preparation process was optimized to improve the activity and stability of the catalyst. Under the condition of high air speed, it has good adaptability to different raw oils, and has good stability.
