CoMo type diesel ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization catalyst RS-2200 is developed based on ROCKET (Reactant-active phase Optimization & Cost-effective Key Technology) technology, which has the characteristics of high activity, high stability and high cost performance, and is used for the production of ultra-low sulfur diesel in line with the national five diesel standard above. Catalyst RS-2200 was granted 6 patents.
Technical characteristics, technical indicators & technical advantages
Technical Feature:
- Direct desulfurization activity, suitable for processing of direct diesel mainly mixed raw materials, medium and low pressure grade hydrogenation unit.
- Reaction of hydrogen consumption is low, and the production of sulfur content is 10M For ultra-low sulfur diesel at 10ug/g, the hydrogen consumption is reduced by 25% from RS-2000.
- Good activity stability, 31% higher than RS-2000, can extend the operation cycle of the device.
Technical Advantages:
RS-2200 is a highly active CoMo diesel ultra-deep desulfurization catalyst of the Institute, which can be used in conventional hydrorefining process, RTS process and liquid phase hydrogenation (SLHT) process, and the sulfur content is less than 10ug/g Ultra-low-sulfur diesel products. With the mixed amount of secondary processing diesel oil as raw material, the single operation cycle of V diesel oil in the producing country can reach more than 36 months.
