High Performance Catalysts for Wax Oil Hydrotreating

RN-32V and RN-410 are wax oil hydrogenation pretreatment catalysts based on class II active phase platform developed by the Institute of Shishi. The former adopts Ni-Mo-W metal system, while the latter adopts NiMo metal system, which can be applied in the hydrogenation pretreatment process of wax oil, and can also be used as hydrocracking refining section catalyst or for other hydrogenation processes.

Catalyst Profile

 

RN-32V and RN-410 are wax oil hydrogenation pretreatment catalysts based on class II active phase platform developed by the Institute of Shishi. The former adopts Ni-Mo-W metal system, while the latter adopts NiMo metal system, which can be applied in the hydrogenation pretreatment process of wax oil, and can also be used as hydrocracking refining section catalyst or for other hydrogenation processes. RVS-420 is a hydrogenation pretreatment catalyst for class I active phase CoMo wax oil developed by the Institute of stone Research. A total of six licensed patents, two for each.

 

Technical characteristics, technical indicators & technical advantages

 

Technical Features of the RN-32V / RN-410:

- High hydrodesulfurization and denitrification activity.

- High aromatic wick saturation activity.

- Good activity stability and long operation cycle of the device.

- Raw materials have strong adaptability, suitable for processing decompression wax oil and inferior wax oil raw materials mixed with coking wax oil or debitaltic oil.

 

Technical Features of the RVS-420:

- High direct desulfurization activity.

- Low reaction hydrogen consumption, equivalent to only 75% of the RN-32V catalyst.

- The bulk density is lower, more than K35% lower than RN-32V.

 

Technical Advantages:

RN-32V is a NiMoW-type hydrogenation catalyst, suitable for processing inferior wax oil raw materials mixed with secondary processing wax oil or solvent debitaltic oil, providing qualified feed for hydrocracking (nitrogen content less than 20ug/g) for hydrocracking, or hydrogenation pretreatment of wax oil to provide high quality raw material for catalytic cracking (sulfur content 1000ug/g-2000ug/g, nitrogen content less than 500ug/g). The RN-410 catalyst has a higher activity of chlorinated desulfurization and nitrogen removal.

The PEN of RN-32V / RVS-420 / RN-410 wax oil hydrogenation pretreatment series is in the advanced level of similar catalysts at home and abroad, and has the stability and reliability better than that of similar catalysts. While meeting the requirements of jing oil hydrogenation treatment products, it can achieve a longer operation cycle, so as to create more economic benefits.
