Product Description
RHC-210 catalyst series is a new type of light oil hydrocracking catalyst developed based on multi-stage hole technology, with 5 authorized patents. While improving the catalytic efficiency and greatly reducing the volume cost; using the high dispersion metal load method to obtain strong hydrogenation activity; the molecular sieve prepared by special process, with high ring opening selectivity, can process inferior raw materials and obtain high-quality products.

Can be mixed or separately processed inferior raw materials, including dehydrogenation and denitrification, demetalizing and colloidal asphaltic, straight coal wax oil, catalytic diesel oil, catalytic heavy oil, coking wax oil, solvent debitaltic oil, coal tar, FT synthetic diesel wax oil, biomass synthetic oil, etc. Typical process conditions are pressure 4.0MPa~20.0MPa, temperature 260°C~440°C, volume air speed 0.25h-1-2.5h-1. RHC-210 series products are light oil type, can produce high quality chemical raw materials and ultra-low sulfur and high quality transportation fuel products, including light nastha RON 75-85, heavy naphtha aryl potential 40%~60%, aviation coal hate smoke point 20mm~32mm can meet the requirements of 3 # jet fuel, tail oil BMC value 6.0~14.0.
Technological Advantage
Under the same process conditions and conversion rate, the high quality of inferior feed is more obvious. The results of comparing RHC-210 with RHC-5 are shown in the table. Comparison of RHC-210 catalyst and reference agent performance.
Compared with RHC-5, RHC-210 bulk density decreased by 35%, with higher activity, heavy stone yield and heavy stone selectivity. NiMo RHC-211 reactor density decreases by 40%, and the activity and product distribution are comparable to RHC-5; RHC-210F catalyst is less active than RHC-211, and the aviation coal yield is higher in the product distribution. Under industrial conditions, the RHC-210 / RHC-210F catalyst can operate in a single cycle for more than 4 years, and can be regenerated for 1-2 times.
