High-active Jet Coal Hydrogenation Catalyst RSS-2

RSS-2 catalyst is a special catalyst for RHSS technology developed by the Institute of Stone Technology. It has good dethiol, desulphurization and denitrification activity, good low temperature activity, higher nitrogen denitrification activity compared with the same type of catalyst, and can produce high quality 3 # jet fuel under moderate process conditions. Catalyst RSS-2 has been granted in 3 patents.

Under the moderate process conditions of hydrogen partial pressure 1.0MPa-2.0MPa, volume empty speed 4h-1~6h-1, reaction temperature 230°C~260°C, hydrogen oil volume ratio 30-80, the total sulfur content is 3500ug/g, thiol sulfur content 300ug/g, nitrogen content is 15ug/g inferior jet coal raw material, to produce stable color qualified 3 # jet fuel. RSS-2 catalyst has good activity stability and good adaptability to different raw oils.
