Overview
S-STDP toluene shapes selective disproportionation technology uses toluene as raw material to produce benzene and mixed xylene. The concentration of paraxylene in the mixed xylene product is about 9Owt% and PX products can be separated by shallow cold crystalization. When products are obtained by adsorption separation, the unit operating cost of the unit can be greatly reduced.
In 1997, the Shanghai Institute began to study the shape selectlondisproportionatlon technology of toluene and successively developed SD-01 and SD-30 catalysts. The catalyst and S-STDP process technology have been applied in the industry, and the energy consumption per PX product has been reduced by more than 30%, which meets the national requirements for energy conservation and consumption reduction.
The technology has accumulated more than 20 authorized invention patents at home and abroad, and won 1 second prize in NatlonalTechnological invention, 1 first prize in Sinopec Science and TechnologyProgress, and 1 China Patent Excellence Award.

S-STDP toluene shapes selective disproportionation technology in the presence of hydrogen, toluene as raw material under the action of modified molecular sieve catalyst to produce benzene and high concentration of mixed xylene products, the technical characteristics are as follows:
