Overview

Since the late 1990s, the Shanghai Research of Petrochemical Industry began to study the technology of gas phase ammoxidation of toluene halogenated benzonitrile to produce halogenated benzonitrile and successfully developed halogenated benzonitrile catalyst based on the above catalyst, Shanghai Research Institute petrochemical Industry has developed a complete set of halogenated toluene ammoxidation technology and successfully realized industrial application.
The project has obtained 13 domestic and foreign invention patents, won the first prize in Science and technology Progress of the Petrochemical Federation, ChinaPatent Excellence Award, etc.

High activity and selectivity: The catalyst has high conversion and selectivity, and the weight yield of the latest generation halogenated benzonitrile catalyst can reach more than 87%.
The material consumption and energy consumption in the production process are significantly reduced. Compared with the original technology, the reaction temperature is reduced by about 40℃, the ratio of air to ammonia is also reduced, the use of water in the reaction raw material is avoided, and the loading capacity of the catalyst is significantly stronger than the original technology, effectively reducing the production cost.
By using high-performance narrow distribution fine particle catalyst and high-efficiency fluidized bed, the process conditions of the reaction are optimized, and the oxygen ratio and space the ratio of the reaction process is effectively reduced compared with the traditional technology, and the waste discharge is reduced.
◆ Well-designed turbulent fluidized bed reactor: The specially designed turbulent fluidized bed reactor can achieve good fluidization quality and reaction transfer effect of fine particle catalyst, and ensure the stable operation of the reaction.
◆ The product prepared by the process has high purity, less by-products, and low refining cost, which effectively improves the competitiveness of China in the production field of the product, and the relevant technical indicators have reached the international leading level.
