Overview
The research of GS series catalysts for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation to styrene at Shanghai Institute was in the 1980s, and GS-01-G$12 and GS-HA series catalysts have been developed so far. On this basis, we independently developed the complete set of SlNOPEC styrene technology.
The project has 95 invention patents authorized by China and has independent intellectual property rights. The catalyst and complete set of technologies have been applied on a large scale in Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOc, ChemChina, and private enterprises. The comprehensive performance of chemical agents has reached the international advanced level and the energy consumption and environmental protection indicators of the complete set of technologies are superior to similar technologies at home and abroad. lt has won 16national and provincial science and technology progress and technological invention awards, including the 2-second prize of national Science and Technology Progress, 1 China Patent Excellence Award, 4 first prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress, and 1 Gold Award of China Invention Patent.
Complete set of styrene technology
With the goal of green energy saving, the new generation of complete sets of technology is the first styrene sequence separation constant boiling heat recovery energy saving process. which makes efficient use of low-temperature heat, saves a lot of low-pressure steam and cooling water, and saves energy by 23%The energy consumption and environmental protection indexes of the complete set of technologies are superior to those of similar technologies at home and abroad.

The development and production of styrene technology and catalyst have a history of nearly 40 years, and the technology has been licensed to 26 sets.
