Hydrocarbon First-stage Conversion Catalyst Z118Y
Description

Hydrocarbon First-stage Conversion catalyst Z1118Y is suitable for the first conversion section of the synthesis ammonia, methanol or hydrogen production plant from different raw materials such as natural gas, coke oven gas, refinery gas, naphtha, and oilfield associated gas, to convert hydrocarbons and water into H2, CO, CO2 Reaction.
It is also suitable for ammonia cracking hydrogen production plant.
Hydrocarbon First-stage Conversion Catalyst Z118Y is using a high-temperature sintered calcium aluminate carrier and a new impregnation process technology. It has:
● Special-shaped porous structure, low bed resistance;
● Special-shaped carrier plus rare earth, high strength, not easy to form carbon powder;
● Large effective surface area, good activity, thermal stability, and good low temperature activity.

Description

Hydrocarbon Second-stage Reforming Catalyst further thoroughly transform the residual methane in the first reformed gas (generally, the outlet methane value is required to be less than 0.5%), and adjust the appropriate hydrogen-nitrogen ratio for synthesis.
Hydrocarbon Second-stage Reforming Catalyst is a new type two-stage conversion catalyst used magnesium aluminum spinel as a carrier. It has:
● Good thermal shock resistance;
● Strict impurity control;
● Better air distribution guidance.

Instructions

2. The appearance color is usually gray or grayish black. In the actual production process, the product color may sometimes differ, but it does not affect its performance.
3. The actual loading density may vary due to factors such as the inner diameter of the furnace tube and the loading method.
Conditions of Use
(1) Inlet temperature of conversion tube: 420~650 ℃;
(2) Conversion tube outlet temperature: 650~950 ℃;
(3) Operating pressure: normal pressure~5.0 MPa;
(4) Dry gas airspeed at the inlet of the conversion tube: 500~3000h-1;
(5) Water carbon ratio at the inlet of the conversion tube: 2.5-7.0.
