Description
Johnson Matthey KATALCO 11-4 methanation catalyst is a new type of trace CO, CO2 methanation catalyst developed on the basis of RHM high temperature resistant gas methanation catalyst.
Application
1. Johnson Matthey KATALCO 11-4 methanation catalyst is suitable for the removal and purification of trace CO and CO2 in small and medium-sized synthetic ammonia plants or hydrogen production units. React CO and CO2 in the synthesis gas with hydrogen under the action of the catalyst to generate methane, so as to protect the ammonia synthesis catalyst from CO and CO2 poisoning.
2. Physical indicators
Johnson Matthey KATALCO 11-4 methanation catalyst is made of nickel as the main active component, Al2O3 as the carrier, adding an appropriate amount of additives, and is made by a unique method.
