Overview
With the exploitation of natural gas fields, the formation pressure decreases, and the gas recovery rate decreases, resulting in wellbore accumulation, threatening the stable production of gas Wells until the gas well is crushed to death. Since 2017, Shanghai Institute has developed oil-resistant foam drainage agents and temperature-resistant acid-resistant bubble drainage agents for gas reservoirs containing condensate and ultra-deep Wells containing hydrogen sulfide and achieved industrial applications.
Oil-resistant foam drain agent
Oil-resistant foam drainage agent, the main features of the product are as follows:
◆ Low gas-liquid surface tension, fast foaming speed: y=27.5mn/m;
◆ With high interfacial tension, condensate can enter the foam liquid film (entry coefficient E＞O) but it is not suitable to spread on the liquid film (spread coefficient S≤0);
◆ Weak emulsifying ability for condensate oil;
◆ For condensate containing 60%, the foam drainage rate is ≥60%.
Temperature and acid-resistant foam drain agent
Temperature-resistant, acid-resistant foam drainage agent has two kinds of liquid and solid rods, the main features of its products are as follows:
◆ Temperature resistance 140℃;
◆ pH2 - 11;
◆ Foam drainage rate >80%.
Promotion and Application
In May 2019, the oil-resistant foam drainage agent was injected into Jiangsha Gas Field of Sinopec Southwest Oil and Gas Company, the condensate content was 50-60 vol%, the oil sleeve pressure difference was reduced from 1.0MPa to 0.28MPa after use, and the liquid accumulation volume in the cylinder was reduced by 60%, and the monthly gas production decline rate was reduced from 13.2% to 2.5%.
In March 2020, the temperature and acid-resistant bubble drainage agent was injected into the ultra-deep well (6100 meters) with high hydrogen sulfide content inPuguang Gas Field of Sinopec, and the gas and liquid production of the flooded gas-producing well increased from 0 to 190,000 square meters/day and 19 square meters/day respectively.
In August 2020, a heat-resistant and acid-resistant bubble drainage agent was injected into the ultra-deep well (7,200 meters) containing hydrogen sulfide in Sinopec Yuanba Gas Field, and the liquid production increased before flooding3.4 times, gas production increased from 9x10'm'/d to 14.3x10'm'/d.
