Dechlorination adsorbents are prepared using pseudo boehmite and metal active components with excellent dechlorination performance as raw materials by using a ball rolling process. It has the characteristics of rapid reaction with hydrogen chloride.

Dechlorination adsorbents are mainly used in the rapid removal of hydrogen chloride from dry gas, liquefied gas (LPG), liquid hydrocarbons, and synthesis gas in reforming units, isomerization units, dehydrogenation units, and synthesis gas units; In particular, an ideal adsorbent for the removal of hydrogen chloride from olefin containing materials can significantly reduce the generation of green oil and organic chlorides.

Dechlorination adsorbents are large specific surface area, rapid reaction, strong adaptability, high chlorine capacity, and wide application range. It can be used under different pressures and can be used to remove hydrogen chloride from a wide range of materials.
