The production method of zeolite

1. More than 40 kinds of natural zeolites have been discovered around the world, the most common of which are clinoptilolite, mordenite, chabazite, erionite, philanderite, heulandite, turbidite, stilbeolite and analcite. Clinoptilolite and mordenite have been widely utilized. Zeolite is mainly produced in the cracks or amygdala of volcanic rocks, symbiotic with calcite, chalcedony, and quartz. It is also produced in volcanic clastic sediments and hot spring sediments. It is mainly produced by flotation, gravity separation, magnetic separation, etc.
2. Mix sodium silicate aqueous solution, aluminum sulfate aqueous solution and tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr), conduct a crystallization reaction at (165±56)°C and a stirring speed of 90 to 150 r/min for 48 hours, separate and wash , dry to obtain the finished product (if the template agent is changed from tetrapropylammonium bromide to tetrabutylammonium bromide, ZSM-1l zeolite can be obtained).
