This makes it the first choice for transporting highly corrosive media in the chemical industry, effectively avoiding pipeline leakage and medium contamination caused by corrosion.


Another prominent feature of PTFE High Performance Pipe is its extreme temperature resistance and excellent pressure-bearing capacity. It can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -180°C to 260°C, and even after 1000 hours of treatment at 250°C, its mechanical properties only change slightly (tensile strength retention rate ≥90%, per ASTM D638). Compared with FEP Tubing, which has a maximum continuous operating temperature of 200°C, it can adapt to more extreme high-temperature working environments. Meanwhile, through special processing technology that closely combines the pipe with the steel sleeve (when required), it can withstand a positive pressure of 1.6MPa and a negative pressure of 77Kpa, which is 50% higher than the pressure-bearing capacity of ordinary PTFE pipes.
