Description
The main feature of anthraquinone hydrogenation catalysts is the use of patented formulas and special preparation processes to give the catalyst a suitable surface and pore structure, improve the distribution of palladium metal, increase its dispersion, and enable the FAH series anthraquinone hydrogenation catalysts to have higher catalytic activity and selectivity, good stability, and a service life of 5-10 years, while having a longer lifespan as conventional catalysts.
Technical characteristics
Low palladium, low temperature and high activity FAH series palladium/alumina catalysts are suitable for the fixed bed hydrogen peroxide production process using anthraquinone method. In production, the strength of the catalyst not only does not decrease but also slightly increases, making it difficult to crush and with low bed resistance; At the same time, production practice and laboratory analysis have also proven that the palladium layer of the catalyst is firm, with high and long-lasting hydrogenation activity, which is conducive to the long-term stable, efficient, and safe production of hydrogen peroxide factories.
