Sapo-18 molecular sieve belongs to the AEI type structure, with a "pear shaped" cage like structure. It is an eight membered ring small pore silicon aluminum phosphate molecular sieve with a microporous structure composed of three tetrahedral units: SiO2, ALO2-, and P02+.

Catalytic field:
1. Methanol to olefin (MTO) reaction: the core catalyst or catalytic component for producing ethylene and propylene.
Isomerization, alkylation, and dewaxing processes of hydrocarbons.
Environmental catalysis: reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and oxidative degradation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
